Inconsistent housekeeping!!! The pool area felt crowded and noisy at times, which really detracted from the relaxing experience!!! Also, the check-in delays were quite frustrating!!!

I recently had a fantastic stay with friends at this beautiful hotel! The pool area offered breathtaking views, especially during sunset, making it the perfect spot to relax. The breakfast was plentiful with options that catered to different tastes, and the staff provided warm and attentive service throughout our visit. One area for improvement might be the check-in process, as our room wasn’t ready right away, which caused a slight delay in our excitement.

Had an amazing time with friends! We roamed around ancient ruins and enjoyed parasailing. The pool area was a highlight, and the breakfast was plentiful. Be prepared for a charming atmosphere and warm service. You’ll love the scenic views and cozy rooms.
